Work location: VCG Building, 207 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide teaching methods and learning solutions for customers.
- Participate in customizing digital courses based on customers’ demands and requests.
- Compose and develop learning materials for blended learning.
- Support marketing and promotional strategy to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor e-tutors and schedule teachers in carry-on classes and level testing.
- Prepare and deliver English teaching activities and organized lessons with provided materials.
- Participate in developing and managing projects of ENGO.
- Participate in testing new products.
- Support in events organized/planned by the Company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SET
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Teaching or in English (with a reputable and recognised qualification in English Language Teaching.)
- Experience in teaching is an advantage.
- To be comfortable teaching with technology.
- Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,…).
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
